All clients have 14 days for the date of completion/cancellation to pickup your unit(s), IF you have not returned within that time period; your unit(s) becomes property of dr GEEKsters and WILL BE donated, or auctioned/sold to cover the outstanding balance.(if any) NO EXCEPTIONS!
dr GEEKsters are NOT affliated with ANY manufacturer, or retail chain; thus any servicing WILL void the manufacturer's warranty or coverage. We are a privately owned 3rd party service provider. dr GEEKsters are not responsible or liable for any type of data loss or damage. 60 DAY WARRANTY ON ALL REPAIR SERVICES. We warrant our repair services (no warranty on data recovery) against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for 60 days from the date of completion. During this warranty period, if there is a problem with our worksmanship, please send it back and we will do everything in our power to resolve the issue (physical damage NOT covered, IF you somehow manage to break the part, then unfortunately you will have to pay for it, but we will give you a discount - NO EXCEPTIONS).
dr GEEKsters are NOT responsible for ANY shipping charges OR damage to/from our location.(you as a client will have to pay all shipping charges TO [and/or] FROM our location) We recommend that you package your unit properly and with enough padding to keep it safe during transit.We are NOT responsible if we do not receive your package and/or it arrives damaged. It is in your best interest to get a signature confirmation & tracking number to insure that we receive your package on time.

The PlayStation 3 Yellow Light (YLOD) DATA RETRIEVAL REVIVE you are having done is NOT a permanent fix and ONLY FOR INTENDED DATA RETRIEVAL. OUR REVIVE IS NOT intended for ANY type of game-play or movie playback. You are also aware that the SAME YLOD issue WILL return in the near future. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE WAY YOU DISPOSE OF THE UNIT AFTER IT HAS BEEN REVIVED. WE ONLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU SELL THE UNIT FOR PARTS AFTER THE DATA HAS BEEN TRANSFERRED TO A NEW PLAYSTATION CONSOLE DO NOT LEAVE THE UNIT ON FOR MORE THAN 30 MINS PER DATA TRANSFER SESSION! NO WARRANTY ON THIS SERVICE OR ANY UNIT COMPONENT!
We do not allow for ANY cancellations after the unit is in our possession. IF we are diagnosing the unit first; then we have NO cancellations AFTER you have given us the verbal or written approval for the repair.
All payments are FINAL, absolutely no exchanges or refunds are given under ANY situation. STORE "geek-dollar" CREDIT may be issued based on our discretion.
IF WE ARE UNABLE TO FIX YOUR UNIT:
Unless written otherwise, we have a small labor fee for ANY unit that we are not able to repair. Your WORK ORDER will state the terms of this charge; typically $10 - $49.
